***OCEANFRONT CONDO*** - Please note that the patio can become covered by ocean water and debris during high tide events, preventing accessibility. These events occur regularly from January through March and when storms pass through the area. Typically we can be available to touch up the lanai area if needed.***

Guests will have full access to the condo and all the amenities offered by the Pohailani.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
